5 page site in wordpress (simple job)

Install intense debate plugin (interact with comments) 
twitter feed plug-in (both ways- Twitter fed to site, site feeds to blog) 
wordpress ad (300x250 above sidebar) 
install polls plugin (have most recent poll on sidebar) 
... + tabbed navigation showing titles of previous polls

The site developed MUST look exactly like how the PSD is designed.
I am a graphic designer and am very intuitive to the details in the design.

The home page will be a combination of what is posted in News and In Blog

News
The News page will only display posts filed under the News category
News post will now have a Comments option.
