I want to develop a marketing system which consist of the following:

1. A lead capture page with a video, ad copy and a opt in form. Users can change the video and wording on it. 

2. After visitors opted in, they will see a sale page with a video presentation and a link to an application form. This video can be changed easily by users.

3. Next page is the application form.
 
This marketing system should be able to be replicated. A new user can simply register and get a replicated system which they can customize by puting their own video and personal details.

When a user log into their own system backoffice, they should have the following options:

1. A list of people who opted in, with the ability to mark them as emailed, called, applied, delete

2. A list of people who have filled in the application form with the ability to mark them as signed up, called, email, deleted

3.Customise their landing page/capture page and sale page

4. A training section which I, as owner of the system can put anything on it.

I spoke to a developer in US and he says this takes 1 week of programming and will cost $5000 to be set up in USA.

I am hoping to get it done for a lot less if that is possible.

Once I am happy with the system, further ongoing maintainance I will pay per hour basis.
