Im looking for a best cms for a directory site with these features:


article/news plugin, sef url, directory listing must be able to accept payment, template based, members listing, banner management, more plugins if possible.

Please dont recommend famous cms like joomla, wp, Movabletype, drupal, typo3, simplelog, EE, Textpattern, zope, xoops and e107. Preferrably a cms system developed by yourself.
