I am in need of an experienced html/css/javascript/jquery app programmer for the development of a relatively simple to-do list WEB app for an iphone and android. I am not looking for Xcode here.

The app will have 4 functional icons across the bottom - the current active 'to-dos', a calendar, a list of pre-programmed in to-dos that the user can choose from (with the the ability to add their own), and settings.

The functionality of the app will require adding a new 'to-do' type item and choosing the date that it will start. Then each day will have a particular task , with a graphic on the left to mark off. Within each day will be a right arrow list that drills out with predefined text that I will provide. There will likely be 15-20 of the 'pre-programmed in' lists, so the ability to import a list would be needed. The ability to load an image or take a picture and make it apply to that particular to-do list will be needed. It will need to store the current date of the app so I think some sort of database will be required.

The ability to e-mail a task to a person will be needed and a custom 'notes' field for the day required.

I will require an icon and splash screen, but may be able to assist with that. Testing to be done on safari web browser by me.
