We require an Android Application that based on the phone number dialed by the user it calculate the cost of the current phone call. The cost of the phone calls must be stored on a database than can be preloaded with the application, the application should look for updated costs on a web server every day (we should be able to change the frequency).

Additionally, if the user wish to, he/she can setup at the beginning of the phone call if the phone should stop after a certain amount of seconds or minutes.

Every phone call should be stored in a database with the duration and its cost.

A report is required, showing the day activity with total of minutes and costs.

This application should take control of every phone call made on the cell phone. The user cannot make any phone call out of this application.

This application should also block any incoming call.
