I already have the design visuals for this website made (jpeg file). I posted this project before and the freelancer I awarded the project to turned out to be a spammer. I paid and did not get the work done, so I will only award this project to those bidders who have high feedback and can show me work that I can trace back to them.

Although my budget is low for the web designing, I will require future maintenance of the website, with future additions. I also need this website to be SEO friendly, and have the basic SEO features. I also have a separate budget for SEO work, so if you are able to offer these services, I can offer the future SEO project to you.

The structure of the website must be similar to

i.e. all the products will be more or less the same as those offered there. This website has poor visuals, so I want my website to be very different from this. Everything you see on this website, i.e. the products, and how the prices and items should be presented, should be similar to this.

FUNCTIONALITY OF THE WEBSITE

I require a web2print site with the following functionality

1. Online quoting system with option to print and email.

2. WYSIWYG for customers to design printed materials online ONLY for- business cards, postcards, and flyers. (WYSIWYG must produce full print ready pdfs, CMYK with bleed and fonts embedded). Basic templates must also be provided so that the customer can edit.

3. Designs are stored on server as print-ready PDF files and in customer account for future reorders.

4. Customers are able to reorder their designed materials by going into their account. The customer must be able to upon ordering, either: 1) design leaflet/flyer/business card online using our WYSIWYG software 2) upload their own artwork 3) be able to send their design brief to us via an online portal.

5. The user must have an online control panel where he/she can view orders, check status of order, upload, approve artwork. Likewise there should be an admin control where I will be able to view all recent orders, transactions, have access to customers account. If the customer is getting artwork designed by us, there should be a facility to allow the admin to send the artwork directly to their online account, so they can view it online, and accept or reject the artwork. 6. Full e commerce system (billing, invoicing, customer log in, customer history, import, export). MUST BE A SECURE SYSTEM

7. CMS to add/remove/edit pages and content.

8. Rotating ads on front page to highlight weekly specials.
