Create U.I. Design for a "Gaming and Location" based iPhone Application (App). Back end coding will be handled by client and selected candidate here will be responsible for the design and skining of Interface. App contains similar fucntions found in the following apps:

Four Square, Gowalla, MyTown, Angry Bird and Amble by Louis V.

Additional Client Notes:
The app must have bright and eye catching colors.

The app should not focus on graphic details due to smaller size of iPhone screen compared to consule game with larger screen.

The app should function like Four Square as fas as location functionality, but in addition will have functions similar to the board game Monopoly, where when a person checks-in to a venue, the location portion takes effect, but the User can in addition, purchase the property and build to the purchase property.

Additional detaisl will be provided, but a cost description has been requested by client prior to submitting additional information about the app, its name, and additional functions.
