A client application that works with radio equipment of Android platform required.

Short description
The main purpose of the application is collecting information about cellular network characteristics with optional binding to GPS location. Measurements should be made periodically, one time per second, for instance. Period depends on state of mobile phone. On idle rarely, on data or speech activity more frequently.
The set of characteristics is like one that HTC FieldTest application shows. If GPS positioning is allowed, the applications should collect all the records with location binding information.
The application should work as a daemon and store collected characteristics and events in a file on SD card. When a 3G Data Connection or Wi-Fi connection is available collected data should been sent to the server.
The application may be implemented as a patch to the firmware, radio or as user application.
