Basic Requirements are:

1. Poker room with different limits

2. Loyalty program / Affiliates program
Every hand the user play will earn him/her Player Points.

3. User account management, topup balance using Moneybookers/Paypal/Webmoney, etc. (1 option will be enough)

4. Account Statement break down into daily statement

5. And of course, an admin site to manage user, such as blocking user, helping user to top-up their balance, etc.

The poker room will need to be built in Flash to provide better user interface. The rest of the site will be using PHP and the database can be either postgresql or mysql.

For this project I will need a programmer that has done Poker game before. And I will need to see a demo site which I can play around with it.
