I am nearing the end of a couple of web projects, that are 90% completed, just need a little help to work out the final bugs to make the sites flow better. Some of the issues are small and will take 2 seconds to figure out (custom redirect page after login) and others are a little more complex but should not be too big of a deal for someone with some experience (multiple "subscription plan" levels based on membership cost). This is a nice short term project for the right person.

I am seeking a mature individual with experience so I can go through my list and we can clear up the last little bugs that have been driving me crazy trying to figure out.
I own the servers in a data center, and have as much access as we need.
I am a very experienced 15+ year IT consultant with a wide skillset, but relatively new to the Joomla world. My web experience is on the older side with Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, etc... so I am not a novice to the development world, just the new stuff. I am simply seeking help from someone with more experience so I can wrap up these sites in a few days rather than a weeks of me doing research.
This is a professional gig and the projects are HIGHLY confidential, so you will need to sign a confidentiality agreement before I give you the site info.

READ THIS PART:
Must be able to start right away.

The successful candidate will allow me to work side-by-side in real time (either onsite, through remote sharing, or at the minimum on the phone) to work through the list of issues.
I DO NOT want to hand off a To Do list and let you work on it for days. I NEED this work to be done in real time so I can verify as we go.
This is time-sensitive, so it needs to be done immediately.
