We are spinning up an agile software development of a robust digg clone which needs to be based in wordpress. We want this to be a section on our current wordpress site, that will allow users to log in and submit, comment, view and rate stories. We are looking to build out the ratings system which will allocate certain values to both stories and the users who submitted the stories. Currently we have a project plan and a wireframe that demonstrates the basic function and use.

We need someone who is self-reliant and ready to look at our wireframe and design ideas, and make them look amazing. The UI for the project is KEY!
