This is a new website for students to find tutors (clone Elance.com) and video conference is for tutors to meeting potential students, vice versa and online learning tools for teaching (clone www.edufire.com).
Free discussion forum for tutors and students exchange ideas and post requests or help to get the answers.
Upload material to share the work of tutors and hence to have more explosure to students.

1. The platform will be in Chinese and English.
2. This is a merge website of www.elance.com and www.edufire.com. Elance is for post and confirm jobs and edufire is for uploading video, online interview and teaching.
3. To implement the full functions of www.elance.com from registration, post job, biding, communication to confirmation.
4. Feedback system to make the bidding more transparent for students to hire tutors and tutors to accept the jobs. The reference website will be www.elance.com, www.edufire.com and www.taobao.com.
5. Other main feature is uploading material in a pool for storage of material which will be uploaded by tutors to promote their profiles. The web page should be able to categorize and editable by the administrator. People also are easy to read the uploaded material for preview (for non-members) and full version (for members).
6. Online learning platform, clone www.edufire.com for online learning. The online learning platform is for online learning and interview. The video conference should be a built-in software, no further installation from the client’s side.
7. Create a community for broadcasting emails. A mailing list by categories will be created from the registered members for sending messages or marketing purpose.
