I am looking for a developer to write an app that can auto answer a phone call on a Rooted device. Further I am looking to do a number of things once this phone call is answered... from play an mp3 file to hanging up completely on the phone call.

There are apps that try and do this but fail because calls can still get through and ring briefly before being handled by the app, but those apps are not for rooted devices so I'm hoping someone is skilled enough and can do this on a rooted phone.

A digital device converts our analog voices to a digital representation and then sends the signal to the device on the other end (through towers). In theory an audio file on our device could be triggered and used as the digital representation of our voice (sort of tricking our phone into thinking we are talking and then send that over the digital airwaves to the other device)
