I am looking for someone to create a website where people will be able to list products they want to sell. More details will be given to the winning bidder about the specific nature of the website, but here are the major things that need to be done:

• Users must be able to create their own personal accounts so they can login to the website
• Users must be able to add a Paypal account to their web account so that fees can be charged
• Website must give buyers option to pay sellers via paypal.
• Website must have a search function for users to find items listed by sellers
• Feedback system to rate buyers
• Clean messaging system where messages can be exchanged between buyer/seller
• Ability to receive messages/alerts to your phone and email address
• PHP/mySQL is desirable for the databases and forms
• Website secure from hijackers and encryption of users personal information
• Graphic Design
