I am looking to create a high-quality corporate logo for my company, Optimum Solutions. The logo shall be designed to be used in a graphical format, as a stamp, and with an embosser. It will be delivered in a vector graphics format and shall render well in all sizes from 4096x4096 to 16x16.

The form of the seal shall be circular and shall contain the following elements:

The name of the company: Optimum Solutions
The year of its establishment: 2010
The place of its establishment: Anchorage, Alaska

A logo of the form of a chevron overlaid by the letter O, circling its apex, or such other design as may be deemed appropriate. The seal shall have a professional, three-dimensional look which conveys a sense of technological sophistication.
