We are looking for a company, who can develop iPhone application with the following features.

Be able to sync up with our website for user profiles.
Be able to send / receive SMS/MMS messages to other subscribers.
Be able to navigate through the dashboard on the phone, and upload / download tasks, appointments, contatcs, canlendar etc... from their local machine to the iPhone.
