I need a Todo list / task manager Android App similar to Astrid. The design and the icons/graphics will be provided by me.

It will only contain a few screens in the first version with limited functionality, and later on it will be extended.

So this Project is about the first version only, with the following requirements.
Screen 1:
-Add new tasks
-Check task (complete)
-Delete tasks
Screen2:
-Edit task (separate screen)
Screen3:
-'Project' selector.
It needs to sync with our website. We have a simple Open API for that.

Projects and tasks should be shown in a hierarchy, but it's not required for the first version to edit the tree or create new task within task.
