It is a straight forward job. A clean, simple, extremely fast Penny Auction website. I don't want any exact clones, I want something simple and clean, with the abillity to upload videos and give certain users the right to post auctions, SMS bidding available. I will make a front page example. Programmers that already have this please PM me. Do not bid unless you can do the job. It also has to have an iPhone app that can access the site.
