I am looking for some experienced Adobe coder who can work with latest P2P video streaming protocol from Adobe - RTMFP, Stratus 2.0 (Adobe Flash Player 10.1) + PHP/MySQL. Here are the main requirements:

1. The main purpose of the site will be Video chat very similar to ustream.tv
2. User structure will be like this: Viewer (Guest), User (Registered user), broadcaster(Livecam performer), Administrator
3. When viewer enter into broadcaster profile he can see the live cam video, unlimited no. of viewers allowed

4. User need to buy credits which he can use in private show as a currency. Payment Gateways will be Authorize.net, Paypal, Moneybookers.
5. There will be registration form for broadcasrer (i.e. Become a boadcaster on our site). They can set their own price per minute on private shows

6. broadcasters must have some account attributes like, Nickname, Age, Country (with flag), Online/Offline status overlay over their thumbnail picture, Rating, Slogan, Calendar (when she will can online) etc.

That's the main things about the site. There will be some simple and clean design,not so important. Most important is video quality/P2P protocol.
