MattDavis is not a Buyer and just wasting designers and developers time.
He awarded his web design project to me But when I complete the design of his website frontpage and sent him the example he ran away and do not respond to my messages by messenger and TaskCity project message board.
I would like to gave an advise to all of Freelancers at taskcity.com not to waste ur one minute at any task or project before the service buyer do not screw payment..
