I am a localized IT Consultant and I have made the decision that I need a new fresh website that focus to my new services rather than modifications to my original site.
Therefore I'm looking for a new graphical design for my primary website and to this subsite it must be similar but not identical.
I don't have a logo so I am happy for the new site to be completely re-branded, I want new logos in different sizes, e-mail signature, print media materials such as business cards, letterhead, word templates etc.
The new focus area for my company is the area of Virtualization, SaaS (Software As A Service) and Hosted services.

So I Want:
-Something new and fresh but stylish with light colors focus in the middle.
-A very professional design.
-A fast site that is smooth and will not annoy visitors.
-Consistency of design in all the text pages.
-It must be easy for me to add a new page, remove a page, add images, remove images, change text without it being too hard work.

I will test the site thoroughly.

NO ADVANCE PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE TRANSFERED AFTER SUCCESSFUL PROJECT COMPLETION.

This is a serious project for my company so I am not going to be interested in bids where the bidder just says I can do this job and can start now. I need to be confident that we have a realistic timescale
for it and i want to look at some previous work that I can look at. I will follow up the references.
