**Please only bid if you have experience working with Real estate MLS Systems and IDX and mapping capabilities!**

I want a real estate website that that is integrated with the San Francisco MLS system with a custom search, cms system for administration.

An example in short would be something similar to http://www.movoto.com (but not a copy obviously as I dont want any copyright issues I want something that is user friendly with a user interface and iphone/mobile compatible.

Simplicity and user friendliness is top priority!

I also need the following:

I would like it to have a section that linked to craiglist listings for the area and mapped them out.

I want to link in local San Francisco and national news coverage.

1-2 advertising spaces on the page.

Web 2.0 and Google friendly for SEO.

New Home listings to rotate on the website on the home page

If someone clicks on a listing I want a new page to come up with the with all the listing information and the photos rotating in a flash video.

I am open to Ideas to improve as well!
