I want to modify one of Apples Sample Apps with a couple changes.

Right now the existing program takes the output from each of the 3 axis and graphs each data stream on one graph showing the raw data, and a second showing the data after it has been filtered. I want to simplify that and show one combined data stream being graphed on a single graph. We will use the exact same filters in the existing program.
Details of changes:
1) Move all of the option buttons to a separate menu page
2) Implement a “Start” button that will wait 3 sec. then begin recording for 10 sec. then stop
3) We will take the 3 axis information and run through the selected filters, then add. It’s this single number that we twill be graphing
4) We will be sampling 100 per sec. or 1000 data points that we will want to save (later I want to add another ways to view the results.)
5) The user should be able to scroll through the results of the last run.
