This mobile application will be a prototype that ultimately does the following when a button is pressed:

1. Start recording sound
2. Start taking video (optional)
3. Sends GPS coordinates to a website
4. Sends which button (ie, Police, Fire, Ambulance) was pushed to a website to inform those watching the website of the distress call and what services are needed.

Also, this service will need to offer the ability to upload photos, recordings and/or GPS locations taken by people who are not directly involved, but want to help authorities by submitting evidence anonymously.

Please add price option to also build a basic website that interacts with the mobile device(s).

We are able to do the design work for the project, and will feed that into your prototype.
You will just need to put the designs into the application that you have built.
