I need an iphone app developed.

Requirements:

2 tab application, skills and evaluation

Skills:
Table based view with 4-5 options
Under each option a description and 2 mini game options
Games are very very simple, such as Listen to and follow simple instructions and requests containing 3-5 key words, signs or symbols. Or identifying large jug/small jug for food preparation.

Each game is to be scored and these scores are to be calculated into an ongoing percentage in the evaluation section of the app which will tell you an overall score for the 4-5 different options.

This does not require any graphics work.
