I have two websites that I need set up, one contains a flash video.
The sites must be very professional looking and have fast downlods and quick entry , not a page that takes 10-20 seconds to load.
site one is for a restaurant and I would like the main page to be the logo, and then to have breakfast and lunch menus , a contact page, a FAQ page and possibly some pictures and other info

The other site is a flash video and I need an intro page as well as there a seven pages of content that I would like to turn to rather than scroll down so page 1 page 2 page 3 etc. and then a click here for the video page , I am open to suggestion on how this should look.
