I have a new business idea that I wish to start. Its based on the use of Photo/Video uploading sites etc. My best example of what I need is TinyPic.com however I dont want to copy to design of this site, just the general idea of how it runs etc although all these sites are just the same I believe apart from their design.

I wanted to get some quotes for the following:

Design for a Photo/Video uploading website just like TinyPic.com but with a entirely new/unique design WITHOUT coding?

And the same as above but WITH coding?

Please PM me with previous work that you've done both Programming wise and Design wise. Portfolios would be great to see.

Personally i'd also like to work on it myself along with other people to speed up the process so if you are interested in working in a team with other people once I find other good designers and programmers please contact me with you interest and possible rate of pay unless you'd prefer to be doing it as a Volunteer and own a small % of the company once started.
