Project Specs:

- logo creation
- website with ssl certificate
- 2 languages (I will provide content, no need for translation)
- website to compete with western union and money gram with the difference that we will do business with only one Caribbean country.
- Users will be able to create an account and setup basic info and preferences how to send money.
- Users should be able to keep track on all their transactions, when, how much, banks, etc... they
- should be able to sort data by those variables too.

each method will have a different % rate.

What I need is somebody that know how to work with secure websites, we need to make sure this website is secure, so people can trust the site to send money to that country.

We will use a payment gateway, I will provide all details.

The site can be made using a CMS if you prefer, but it is very important the back end, where users can login to their secure accounts, see all their transactions and can sort the date by date, amount, etc...

The calculator is very important too. we can have 2 calculators, one as an estimated amount calculator, and the other one can we implemented when they are really to send the money, by asking questions...

So if somebody want to send $100 to country X, we can have a series of steps to calculate how much it will cost to send $100 to country X,

using a credit card
a bank account
paypal
etc...
