I need a application for our client for that new Social Networking site for Nursing Homes and Assisted Living home. Features include:

Application 1: Called NH Admin (iPad)

Be Able to Approve uploaded Photos for residents 
Be able to set up a Slideshow for the Approved new Photos for each resident 
Be Able to Approve new uploaded Videos for each resident 
Be Able to show the new videos for each resident. 
Be Able to Screen new Voice Memos for Each resident 
Be able to play the new Voice Memos for each resident 
Have access to Family tree for each resident. 
Be able to take pictures and upload them for Family members to see

Application 2: Called Family / Resident App (iPad)

Have a Family Tree as the home page so the the resident can select the family members (with the images and names of each member under them with the Resident as the top member) 
Be Able to see all the images in a album setting like in the iPad app. (same features as the photos App in iPad) 
be able to view videos 
upload images and videos 
Be Able to have and write on a wall like facebook 
Tag family members in photos and videos 
in short have many of the same features that are on the facebook app

Have a Family Tree as the home page so the the resident can select the family members (with the images and names of each member under them with the Resident as the top member) 
Be Able to see all the images in a album setting like in the iPad app. (same features as the photos App in iPad)

Application 4: Called NH Admin Demo (iPad) Just convert the live app to a demo should not cost much more.

take all of the same features of Application 1 but have a demo database in the app so there is no access to the internet 
Make it release all changes so the app can be reused anytime

Application 5: Called Family / Resident Demo (iPad) Just convert the live app to a demo should not cost much more.

Application 6: Market Piece (iPad)
a very simple app the works like a iBook but is actually a application. 
Client will provide content for you to add.

Please understand the Website is in ASP and the Database is in SQL and in all the Applications there mush be a API created to connect to a SQL Database.
