We have developed a mobile application for Windows Mobile devices based on the .NET 2.0 framework.

We used the open source Fluid framework (http://fluid.codeplex.com/) to create a beautyfully UI (looks almost like an iPhone).

In our application we make extensive use of Fluids Scrollpanels. They are rather complex and include images, and texts.

Currently we are faced with the problem that the Scrollpanels show strong flickering on some Windows Mobile devices (not all) and we can't really find a solution for this.

The scrollpanel uses double buffering (saving the view as bitmap to increase performance) which we had to disable due to the fact, that we need to update the view (background loading of images).

This bid is about optimizing the existing code to fix this.

We are looking for an absolute EXPERT in the field of Windows Mobile Development using Fluid. Please only bid on this project if you have experience with this framework and feel confident of being able to solve this issue.
