ActionScript 3.0 and flash play 10.0 support dynamic sound generation feature. User can dynamically generate a data array and a Sound object can take the data array as input and generate sound.

The project asks for a ActionScript module.

The module takes the a data array and a time duration as input and generates a mp3 file.

Bidder can use the sample code in the link:

to test the module. Instead of playing a sound, you are required to write an ActionScript module to a mp3 file.

Alternatively, you can implement the module in Java, but action script module is preferred.
