Time Requirement: about 1-2 weeks.

you will design and write a specific dos batch script or shell script for sorting image files base on Entity Name and it’s bates files.(See PRP Master List SpreadsheetBates)

This program will create the following new files structure.

1st level: 27 directory (root folders)
A->Z + "other", the entity name will be sorted case-insetively. Some entity name starts with number, we have to put them into “other” folder.

2ND Level: (sub folders)
1. If total entity names are less then 250 in one root folder, we will directly use PRN name as directory name and put image files inside of it.
2. If there are more then 250 entity names, we will create sub folders 'AA' -'AZ', and then we will use PRN name as directory name and put image files inside of it.

3rd Level:
If necessary, there will be 3rd level 'AAA' - 'AAZ' folder after the root and sub directory. And then we will use PRN name as folders name and put image files inside of it.

There are some name starts with special chars as "...", "#%", "\"H\" Auto Dismantling", "? Residence", "(none listed)”...

All the name contains above illegal chars have to be encoded to “_”.
