We purchased a USA Flash Map (http://activeden.net/item/interactive-map-of-usa-xml-customizable/35203) which uses an XML file to specify the color and status of each state, as well as the link it'll follow when a state is clicked. 

We are looking for an individual who can help us change the link action established on the XML file to a JavaScript call. We want to keep the XML file for color settings and we can live with a static ActionScript function embedded in the SWF that would send each state as a variable for the JS function or we can establish the JavaScript call on the XML file itself for each state instead of an HTTP link.
 
Each time a state is pressed we want to call the following Javascript function which is established in the document containing the SWF file:
 
    function clickState(statecode){
    
    }

statecode being the normal 2 character abbreviation for the state (CA, AL, FL, etc.).
