I need an automated server-side domain registration script. It needs to work with a number of different registrars using their API interface(contact me for details). A php script is preferred, though other options will be considered if it does the job well.

The script should attempt to register a domain name using the APIs starting from a specified time and should work till a prespecified end period (or should stop when the registration attemt is successful). There should be an option to set the time interval between registration attempts. There should be a nice web based interface (password protected) for easy management.

The script should have the option to register single names or to attempt bulk registration if the API permits. There should be no issues even if multiple jobs are running at the same time.

This is a project for someone who understands various domain registrar API's, has done similar scripts before, and knows the details of how the script needs to function. API documentation, and where possible, test environment will be provided.
