I need a programmer and web designer to completely redesign PiBux.com

The template that is there is the default template and the script is based off of PTCPay's PTC Script.

-Knowledge of PTC preferred

-I will be wanting to implement many new features onto the site so I need someone who can take directions easily and can program the features successfully into the site

-I'll want to communicate through Instant Messaging.

-Need someone with great web design skills.  I want the site to look elegant and professional.
