We are looking for a PHP programmer who knows his way around MVC (No Frameworks) and is lighting fast.

Described is the project detail:
Objective: Create front end / Back end system that generates forms dynamically from DB with DB submission.

Allow Control over the form elements and attributes (Type, Size, Style Etc) from the back end.
Example: online questionnaire when the questions and the answer type are controlled from the back end

All questions / answers submitted are viewable / Editable from the back end.
Entries can be sorted by submitted by name, phone, email, date Etc.

The job will be paid on a fixed type basis and will be broken into 3 payments.
First payment: After the first milestone (working back-end system)
Second Payment: After the second milestone (Working Back-end & Front End)
Third Payment:  After the system was tested and approved
Don’t submit the bid if you thinking of up selling the job after you are hired.

Make sure you read the job description and understand that the price you bid will be the price paid.
Don’t plan on asking for a bonus. If I think you deserve one you will know.
