I have 5 Screens on Iphone that will access a WCF service hosted on my server. 
The Iphone will present data to the WCF service and get results in return and presents the same on the iphone screen 

As a test, I have hosted a WCF service on my web server which will return some test data that needs to be bind by the iPhone User Interface. 

If you can access the server side from Iphone, then you can do this job.

The WCF service defines three methods: 
1. GetAllEmployees() : which will return a dummy array of an Employee. 
2. GetEmployee(int employeeId): this takes an employeeId as a parameter and will return a dummy employee object. 
3. SaveEmployee(Employee employee): this takes an Employee object to be saved and returns dummy boolean value which will always be true for now.
