Programmer must know the model/view/controller architecture.

The main admin panel is built.  Much of this functionality will be cloned from the main admin to this secondary admin.  Some will have to be developed from scratch.  

Using CSU as an example: 
 
 We establish a CSU YouSeeU Help Desk Panel with individual login accounts from CSU's tech support team.  When they login to their YouSeeU Help Desk they get:

:: change their login information 

:: manage educators: Name of educator; current status; change their password. Should be able to sort by educator name.

:: manage students: Everthing in our admin panel but un-register under Info column and delete. Should be able to sort all columns but those that have image files "Enrolled, Info and Edit."
 
:: manage videos: Manage videos, just verifications of status, need to  be able to sort list by each column. "no delete, download or upload",  used to verify file has been uploaded and status in encoding process.
 manage classes: everything to verify classes but with no  functions(check marks, delete, etc)link to escalate issue (email to support@youseeu.com )
 
 
 To make this happen, we need the following features built in to the main YouSeeU admin panel
 

Add a new page for our admin account: Manage Classes This would list each class with code, educator, school, #enrolled, start date, end date, package, help desk assignment, maybe current storage used  for the entire class. Columns are sortable. This page would have the check marks to assign to an admin account(selec classes, then select help desk account from list, and save) It should also have features for us to deactivate, delete, remove help desk assignment, and we need to discuss options for downloading classes for longterm storage. 
 
 
Another page to our admin account for setup and manage help desk organizations Create a help desk organization(CSU and ACA) Create help accounts within help desk orgs for access to their help desk panel, help desk orgs can have multiple help accounts (email address/password) Delete and change passwords control for each account

Feeling comfortable with this entire site build could lead to much work in the future.   We will be integrating this site with another provider.   We are seeking a top notch programmer or programming group that can handle a number of projects related to this site in the future.
