We are looking for someone to remake the static Web site http://www.mandomandarin.com .

This Web site is going to be brand new HTML 4.01 and CSS 2.1 with some PHP forms and some JavaScript effects (nothing will be used from the old site). The function of the site will generally remain the same but the design, look, feel and content organization will be different.
