Looking for a developer with vast Social Network experience.

BUDGET will be determined after conversation with developer.  We currently have quotes from $2000 - $5000 to build Social Network from open source platforms such as Social Engine, and Joomla.   However, if it makes sense we will consider alternative budget.

Development Needs:

1) Facebook Type Website
2) Possibility of intergration of music downloads, streaming, and ecommerce.
3) Would like to use an open source platform as base.
4) Graphic design would not be needed.
5) Development time 1 - 2 months.
