Create graphs which closely resemble "mock-up drawings".
The graphs must be able to accept  xml weather feeds which automatically update on an hourly basis.

The 10 graphs will serve as  "templates" to accept geo-coded XML feeds.

ie Even though the designers will create only 10 types of graphs, ultimately, the goal is for the web site owner to establish multiple web pages which contain the 10 graphs, but because each page represents a different location, the xml feeds would need to be capable of being edited to accept the different location names and the different geo-coordinates for each location.

The designers would need to ensure that the server where the pages are to be hosted is set up correctly to accept the feeds.

Flash graphs would be the first  choice for the project
