I have a client who has an already custom built site.  It has a CMS where the Administrator can upload and organize songs.  Users can sample the song, rate it, buy it via paypal and so on.

- The site needs a face lift via HTML, and CSS.  

-The songs need to be organized in three main categories that act like filters.

-A user log in and registration needs to be added.
