I am looking for a team of individuals with expertise in developing a website from scratch, from simple logo and visual design, to CSS/HTML creation, to CMS selection, to programming. No upfront payment will be made. Payment will be made only upon successful completion of the project. 

My project is a simple website for people looking to find and compare online degree programs. The main feature of the website is a program comparison feature: users will be able to search programs, filter and sort search results, and view school and program details. 

Scope of the project includes logo and visual design, browser-compatible and SEO-friendly CSS/HTML development, CMS selection, data structure creation, programming, bulk-uploading initial content onto the CMS, plugging the site into our server hosting, and maintaining the site for a month after the release of the site.

We need approximately 18 - 20 unique page template, most of them with very similar layout.
