However I am not very happy at all with the home page.

I am not happy with the tables on the top and bottom of the site. I am looking for something more professional like this website. http://www.fhahomeloanmortgage.com/ . and this is my other site http://www.FHAmortgagePrograms.com if you can use this logo of the city and make the site the same exact colors with a new logo. that would work great!.

BUt use the city picture and backround color look and feel of http://www.FHAmortgagePrograms.com you can almost duplicate this site with the thin tables. on top and bottom of the logo. 

I would like to work withsomeone that can help me until I get the homepage how I like it. So that I can continue buidling out the website.
