We need an area on our website where our clients sign-up then they have access to a wide range of documents (300-500) of all types (pdf, word, publisher). It needs to have a secure login and a admin panel for us with easy upload features.

Our hosting is with aplus.net and we can have SQL database

I found a link to a demo of another document database that is pretty much what we want, however, not quite as complex.

Requirements:
1.. Must have multiple user accounts (up to 100 or so) with different access setting (I need the ability to have like 5 or 6 levels of access ie. admin, prospect, gold member, silver member, staff, etc.)
 
2. I must be able to upload the following file types:
Excel 
Word 
Publisher 
PDF 
jpg, gif, png 
wmv or avi video files (not required but would be great)
3.  I would like to have an area where our clients have the ability to upload documents to specific area or at least be able to upload files and have input form that would submit these uploads where admin could then place accordingly.

 

4.  Need ability to catagorize files (ie, Marketing, Hiring Systems, Website, Direct Mail, etc.)

 

5.  Search feature (not complex - just file name/keyword search).

 

6. Not required but I would like some kind of email/post section.  Clients can post comment or question, all clients can see, reply and interact with eachother.
