I am looking for a perfessional to build up a website like this

I don't need the categories like that it has:
Home      Register      FAQ      About Us       Contact Us      Sell Us Your Car ...etc  , I DON"t NEED ANY MENU CATEGORY

and I also do not need graphics

I just need 1 front end page and the back end.
front end can look like what the page has:

also, people can log in and place the bid. where to place the bid amount on the page is totally up to you.

when they click one of the car on the list, it shows something similar to this

I need to be able to add the car that I want to sell.

vehicle year,
milage
Fuel tyle
Power Equipment
Previously rebuilt,
color
seats
keys included..

and I must be able to upload up to 5 pictures on that page.
