What I need or require:
We are seeking to have a mobile version of our website developed. The site will be approximately 8-10 pages, and will require login and geo-location data.The main functionality will be:
1) Submit form requests
2) Upload photos
3) See other requests in a geographic area
4) View account information
5) Access city information (text)

What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:
We have the online website already developed. This is in closed beta right now. The provider will build out the mobile version of our site that will be easily loaded in any mobile phone web browser. The provider must also do thorough QA and bug testing.

Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:
The provider should have experience developing mobile websites.

Timeframe for delivery:
Our timeframe for development is 2 weeks. The final, tested deliverable should be to us by 2/19/2010.
