What I Need or Require:
 
I need an OCR Custom Tag written in Cold Fusion 9 that will read Tiff, JPEG and PDF files and return results for a specific query.
 
The way I needed to work is that I will give it the path of the file(either on the server or a url for the internet), the text I am searching for and it should return the result of the first match for that text on the file. The result will be the word / text following the search text before any space.
 
If there are no results that match the criteria, it needs to return nothing.
 
Other Requirements:
 
The developer has to ensure that the code is well formatted and documented.
The developer has to sign a release giving us full ownership of the code. 
 
Bidding:
 
Along with your bid also submit a sample of code written in Cold Fusion, something that you have written in the past.
Include how many people will be working on the project.
Include if I will be dealing with a project manager or directly with the developer.
 
Time Frame and Budget: 
 
Will need to be done within 5 days of accepting job and the budget for this project is $100.
