Create a simple google android video library for kingston University.
Allow students at the point of logging in to their account at the university to search academic videos as well as lecture videos of various modules, once a search has been found, then you can choose the video and their will be a video preview on the mobile to show what the video is, like the first 5minute demo of the video. then their should be an option on this page to allow the user to either download the video onto their kingston library account, with a specified day limit of how long the video will stay in their account page before it automatically deletes in the specified days given, could be 1day, 3, 6,7days. then the user can sign out, this process can happen again by loging back into their kingston university account and instead of searching for the video again, it will be stored on their account so they can view straight away saving time and the videos should be properley referenced, date time, when it was made, location and so on same with lecture videos.
Also i would like the main platform to be created on windows on google android sdk... also a database to store this information of videos, students, log in page, and so on in MySQL phpmyadmin.. and to compile an XML with SAX parser to the google android to show how the database will link to the android and how the xml wil link to the android,
Could you first create a prototype of this by 31st january 2010 showing just the android inerface with a simple search for the videos, a max 2 tables for the database linked to the androied when searchin for a video, can have about 10records shown for the prototype. and the XML with sax parser, how that was created and built and linked to the android, can this all be documented as a prototype presentation.
Finaly the implementation once approved
Please can you also explain how everything had been created from step one, to the android, database, xml, showing how it works also with a user manual and screen shots of how it all works.
