I would like to Input information from my Supply page, and have it all converted into a CSV file. I don't care which programming language is used as long as it does what I would like it to do.

I would like the html template generated also, preferably I would like to have an option to change the HTML template.

As for the picture, I would like to be able to save the Image into a folder that I will be hosting, and then use my own URL as the image, the name of the image will be the part number.

I can elaborate if anything is unclear.
